Apache County man arrested for allegedly killing his father

APACHE COUNTY-Man allegedly killed his father at their home.

24 yr. old Benjamin Smith was arrested for 1st Degree Murder on March 13, 2024.  He allegedly shot and killed his father at their home in Show Low Pines.

According to ACSO, Smith and his father allegedly got into an argument that led to the shooting. ACSO Deputies arrested Smith on suspicion of first degree murder.
