APACHE COUNTY-According to court records, three charges were dropped against Richard Baptiste and Anicia Woods in the Rebekah Baptiste murder case.
On August 4, three charges that were initially filed against Baptiste and Woods were dropped.
The charges dropped are Kidnapping resulting in death and sexual injury, and two charges of child vulnerable adult abuse. Also, the two sexual assault charges that are still present on the Apache County Jail information page have not been presented as formal court charges or a formal complaint as of August 11.
