WML woman arrested and charged after vehicle chase

HOLBROOK, AZ- After an attempt to locate, the suspect was spotted by law enforcement driving on Bourdon Ranch Road. She fled, wrecking her vehicle, and was finally arrested on multiple charges. 

On April 10, 2024, the Navajo County Sheriff’s Office, White Mountain Special Response Team (WMSRT), Show Low Police Department, and the Major Crimes Apprehension Team (MCAT), served a search warrant at a residence on the 1800 block of Smith Place in White  Mountain Lakes. 

The search warrant was an attempt to locate Lisa Rose Meininger (50) of White Mountain Lakes. The attempt to locate was for for valid and confirmed warrants according to the Navajo County Sheriff’s Office.

Meininger was not at the residence, there was no arrest made on April 10.   

On April 15, law enforcement observed Meininger driving in the White Mountain Lake area and attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Bourdon Ranch Road at milepost 11. 

The vehicle fled.

Meininger began driving erratically while continuing to flee from law enforcement. At milepost 12 on Bourdon Ranch Road, she lost control of the vehicle and spun around on the roadway where the vehicle became inoperable. Meininger was taken into custody and booked into Navajo County Jail for valid and confirmed warrants, aggravated assault on a peace officer, possession of dangerous drugs, criminal damage, and unlawful flight.
