Carole began studying piano at the age of six, her mother was a piano player and taught her how to read music. She sent her to a music teacher at age seven. Carole played for church at age twelve and started teaching piano students at sixteen.  One of her highest honors was playing for her high school graduation, after which she got married, that time frame was during the Vietnam war.

Carole and her husband of 56 years have three beautiful children, who gave them six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and are still counting.  They consider themselves to be very blessed. Carole plays piano for church, the White Mountain Symphony Orchestra and private functions. Piano was all she ever wanted to do and has played for most of her life. Rhapsody in Blue has been a constant love of hers since high school.

“Being able to play with this wonderful orchestra is a dream come true, not being a concert artist makes it especially wonderful for me to be able to have this opportunity,” said Carole.

The event will include a raffle in the lobby, featuring an array of items, gift cards and services. Raffle tickets are $1 each or six for $5, with the drawing to take place during intermission.

Tickets for the concert are available online at wmso.org or at the door. Adult tickets are priced at $10, youth tickets (ages 5-18) are $5.

WMSO takes credit cards at the door.
