Bombshell Audio Reveals Jeff DeWit Attempted to Bribe Kari Lake

ARIZONA- Audio obtained by the Daily Mail shows Jeff DeWit, chair of the AZ Republican Party, attempting to bribe AZ Senate candidate Kari Lake to take two years off the campaign trail.

Lake said in a video produced by Right Side Broadcasting that “the audio is real.”

“There are very powerful people who want to keep you out,” DeWit said in the audio recording.

He told Lake that former President Donald Trump will lose in 2024 and that it’s time to make way for another candidate.

After asking her to keep the conversation a secret, he said, “So the ask I got today from back east was: “Is there any companies out there or something that could just put her on the payroll to keep her out?”

DeWit then responds, “You can take a pause for a couple of years. You can go right back to what you’re doing.”

DeWit later in the audio asked, “Just say, is there a number at which….” Lake then responded, asking “I can be bought? That’s what it’s about.”

Lake can be heard on the audio pushing back repeatedly, saying she wouldn’t comply for a million and even a billion dollars, saying, “This is not about money, it’s about our country.”

Video extracted from X-Collin Rugg, original from Daily Mail.

DeWit has served as the state party chair since January of last year, after working as the chief operating officer for Trump’s 2016 and 2020 White House bids.

Lake said on Tuesday she demands the resignation of DeWit after Daily Mail published the audio.

“He’s gotta resign. We can’t have somebody who is corrupt and compromised running the Republican Party,” Lake told an NBC reporter at former President Trump’s New Hampshire primary victory party.
