Half a million plus worth of dangerous drugs seized | Winslow

Holbrook, AZ-Navajo County meth bust proves progress is being made on the war against drugs. 

On March 19, at approximately 12:59 AM, a Navajo County Criminal Interdiction Unit Deputy conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 40 at milepost 255 in Winslow, which resulted in the arrest of Karen Reyes-Lopez (34) of Phoenix. Reyes-Lopez was arrested and booked into Navajo County Jail for dangerous drug charges, she is currently being held on a No Bond hold.  

During the traffic stop, a search of the vehicle revealed over 31 pounds of Methamphetamine. The estimated street value of the Methamphetamine is approximately $564,269. Reyes-Lopez was booked for transportation of dangerous drugs, possession of dangerous drugs for sale, and  Possession of dangerous drugs.
