A white Dodge rolled over on U.S. 60 on June 30, around 10 am.

SHOWLOW — A single-vehicle rollover crash was reported at approximately 9:42 a.m. on Jan.30 on U.S. 60 near the airport, after a white Dodge pickup left the roadway and rolled.

According to the Show Low Police Department, a 911 caller reported that the driver of a white Dodge pickup had to switch lanes quickly after encountering a slower vehicle that braked.

The driver provided a similar account, stating that a slower vehicle braked in front of him, prompting him to attempt a lane change to avoid the vehicle.

The driver lost control of the white Dodge, left the roadway, and rolled.

No other vehicles were involved, according to the Show Low Police Department.

The driver, identified as a 28-year-old from Snowflake, reported no injuries. The vehicle was damaged and towed from the scene.

Authorities cited the driver under Arizona’s speed-related collision statute, A.R.S. § 28-701(A), for driving at a speed greater than reasonable and prudent to avoid a collision.
